Happy Easter to you all.
We hope you enjoy the Easter weekend especially as the weather is so good and restrictions have
been lifted to allow friends and family to meet in the garden again. Who knew this would be such an
So, those of you who have a garden, have you got your garden ready for visitors? Small things such
as a few solar lights and a couple of new plants may be all you need, or you may have bigger plans
such as a new patio or a pergola for shelter over the summer. Those of you who don’t own your own
home (yet) may not be able to plan so much but why not keep the ideas handy ready for when your
homeowning dreams eventually come true. A table and at least a couple of chairs are a must and if
you can find some shelter and a heater – well, that’s a bonus (especially if the weather forecast is to
be believed for the Easter weekend)!
If you follow our social media you may have seen that the Key Mortgages team, Ryan, Cathy & Ellie
have been preparing their gardens and are hoping to see friends and family in person rather than
over a Zoom or Teams call over Easter. It’s amazing how uplifting that thought can be and this has
certainly been keeping our spirits up over this last, very busy, but very productive month.
We, like most other mortgage advisers, are still expecting to be very busy in April, not least because
of the expected release of the new government backed 5% deposit scheme in the next couple of
weeks. This may mean a slightly longer wait for appointments than usual so make sure you call us
early and book your space.
Have a great weekend! From the Key Mortgages Team.
